Our team was selected to complete the full siding installation along with all windows and doors, ensuring the building’s design matched its elevated hospitality experience while standing strong against the Oregon Coast’s challenging weather conditions.

So while the underlying structure dates back several decades, the “Allred” you see today is a fresh, boutique oceanfront hotel as of March 2025—making it only a few months old in its current form.
